By the way, here’s a tip, if you’re uploading whole videos from youtube, you can in most cases just download the the MKV version (I use 4k Video Downloader), and then change the container format to WEBM. This way it preserves the best quality and file size, while also saves time by skipping encoding.

For example, you can download this video in 1080p at 11.6MB:

Afterwards, to change (remux) the file from mkv to webm, you can use something like ffmpeg or xMedia Recode to remux the file to webm.
