No clue about that one. Only know of the two Phelous reviewed and of course the Disney versions.

Pretty much. This version was released one year after the Disney version, being one of many cash ins the company, Goodtimes Entertainment, made. The studio they worked with, Golden Films, even made after version of Beauty and the Beast.
