Yeah, that’s a big grey area with fair use and the like. Edits to things still count as advertisement, which is something you don’t give to someone free unless you know it can’t be used against you, since they CAN sue you for slander. However, edits are still parodies and thus fair use here in the US. I know fair use is something completely different in the ol’ Europe.

I have no idea. I think they were deleted along with the original. It’s been so long, I forget the name or even if it was actually insurance. All I know is, it was an ad for the picture, and the description was the benefits of the company and being with them and choosing their insurance.

What do I need to search to get the parody images?

I wonder if we’ll ever get that one ad incident again? For those of you that were around to see it, you know what I’m talking about.
 
For those of you who may not know, a year or two ago, a car insurance company or maybe a sales lot posted an advertisement as an image on Derpibooru, and it was a truly hilarious day making fun of the image, and posting edits to make it somewhat pony-related or to mock the company. The original post had absolutely nothing to do with ponies.

Ohhhhhh boy.
