A vector rendering of Socks’ ‘Young Nighttime Celestia’ - [link]
Hopefully I was able to do it justice (I did take a few minor liberties with it)!
Luna has just been banished to the moon, and Celestia is regretful of the incident.
“You always hurt…the one you love. The one you shouldn’t hurt at all…”
Took me about three days. Day one was inking, days two and three were coloring. Probably a total of ~8 hours of work.
Incidentally, this took forever to upload for some strange reason.
