You don’t really need to have the same last names to be siblings in the show, just look at Twilight Sparkle and Shining Armor, Applejack and Big Macintosh, Sweetie Belle and Rarity.
Cookie Cutter, don’t really seem that good to me. Kinda generic and not really sure where it’s coming from (don’t see her cutie mark so can’t go from that).

The Raven/Smiles names don’t work for both of them. But the Heart one could.
Goth pony = Crescent Heart.
Bright pony = Sunny Heart? Or something else… Not sure what her cutie mark is so I can’t determine one based on that.

It’s not because that’s not her name. The credits list her as “Goth pony”. Just because some idiot put the names on an image doesn’t make them official.
