Description
Animated version of #949793, and extended version of #952794. This combines two gifs I intended to upload individually, but in an effort to reduce the volume of Phlume-related Gifs I decided to stich them together. I’ll be stitching together other gifs in my uploads as well and requesting the individual parts to be deleted.
