I don’t feel ‘teased’ at all, and any show scenes people decide to say are shipping (which is 99% lesbian) I never see as shipping, even with ships I like. (examples, Twidash, Twispike, Rarijack)

Nobody’s can say it’s actually canon, because, again, they can’t openly say it. Double standard and all that, especially in the case of a show nominally for girls.
 
Still, they’re clearly teasing the shippers now and then with things that can be interpreted either way.

Learned about something recently. Before I get to that, though:
 
For those who don’t know, Big Jim sank LyraBon on Twitter (https://twitter.com/TheBiggestJim/status/609753614526119936), but some shippers suggested that he couldn’t admit to LGBT characters and so had to deny it - In spite of Larson (https://twitter.com/M_A_Larson/status/608705364377239552) and him (https://twitter.com/TheBiggestJim/status/608718990014152704) also having tweeted that they had zero interest in ships and the show wasn’t about who ends up with whom.
 
 
Now, with that recap out of the way. I recently found out that Mike Vogel was tweeting during the episode, and openly referred to Steven Magnet as gay (but referred to Lyra and Bon Bon as besties). That looks to go against the notion that they can’t admit to gay characters…
