I tried.Have you tried googling animated wallpapers? It’s easy, I think it’s called Dreamscape or Dream scenes or something like that.
What we need now is something pony-cat that goes with this.
Normally, I’m not much of a cat person, but this boosted the cuteness of the animation.

your current filter.So it really could be any pegasi that doesn’t have a significantly different mane.
It might actually be comparatively easy to color it as Derpy, for instance; since she keeps her eyes closed at all times you couldn’t tell and then you only have a two-tone color pallet to work with instead of trying to animate dash’s rainbow hair.
but it is also more or less only a sketch, no texture etc
