So there ya have it, the reason of the (current) family drama. Sorry, but she’s not preggers as most of you thought. :3
I intended to finish this one a month ago, but life and a business trip (that I mostly regret in hindsight) happened. I’m afraid the next page will have to wait till the end of this month too, but then I hope to get back into making this more frequently.

I’m sure he’d be conflicted, if not torn that Bon Bon focused her talent on something other than the family business.
wonder what bon-bon’s dad would think if he found she was pursuing alchemy after all, but keeping it secret because her experiments are dangerous and highly illegal.
There’s a thought. That was kind of what I was shooting for, and not just chemistry.
I want hermetic circles/alchemy circles to be a programming language. Either make it implementable via tablet, or just have a way to convert Java/C/Whatever into a magic cipher.

In hindsight, I only focused on the embellished side of alchemy, and not just its origins as a pseudoscience and medieval forerunner of chemistry XD
Let’s compromise & start calling it “alchemistry”.

We should change the name from Chemistry to Alchemy~
I thought we just called it chemistry now.

Except the parts of alchemy that actually worked were developed into what we now know as chemistry. The rest was utter bunk. In this world, at least.
It would be nice if our world was reintroduced to the wonders of alchemy and adding it to modern technology.
