as much as I am a NCR fanboy. both normal fallout and this fallout. The rules of war change. no international courts. nothing to stop most of the worst kinds of people in the world.
 
also as far as I have read we dont know his story or what hes been threw. yes he is a dick. but maybe thats a mask he puts on to protect not only himself but his men. making sure he dose everything to keep them safe.
 
so really. it is compleatly possable he did nothing really illegal fallout standards wise. as oh you disarmed and detaned someone who we dont really know to well but has done a lot of good. well..better safe than sorry.

If we go my the US military laws (which NCR might be based on in Fallout proper) Brick violated articles 133, articles 121 and Articles 97.
 
To whit: Conduct unbecoming (acting like a massive dick), larceny (taking Little Pip’s bags and goods without justifiable cause) and detaining Little Pip unlawfully and without justifiable cause (no matter how temporary).

So…who wants to put odds on Brick turning out to be the new Big Bad in all this? Maybe an ex-Redeye follower or something.

Considering the “Junction” part, I’d have to go with the Hub.

So Junction Town is either the Hub or Shady Sands…

Junction Town looks just like how towns in Fallout 1 and 2 looked. Nice detail.
