Do we seriously have to name everything? Even things that have names?

Yeah, don’t touch the tags.
Just no. Seriously. A working name does not mean it’s his real name.
If he would be called “Troubleshoes Clyde”, then somepony would have said so and called him by that name. Or he himself would have said that he is called Clyde.
This fandom just can’t make something up out of nowhere that completely contradicts the facts presented in the show like that.
I’m more tempted to change all the tags now. It’s just a few weeks, maybe the name hasn’t settled enough in the fandom yet to make it impossible for making the fandom getting used to his real name.
Troubleshoes Clyde was probably a working name, as TheSmilingPony mentioned upthread. Both the early episode synopsis and the staff called him by that name. It was probably shortened later on for the credits.
Headcanon: Clyde is his real name, Trouble Shoes is his nickname everyone knows him by. Problem solved.
It was just a mistake by the site who published the synopsis, so, why do people follow a mistake? If it wouldn’t take so long and if wouldn’t there be the risk that some “smart guy” would bring the wrong tag back immediately, I would remove the “Troubleshoes Clyde” tag and replace it with “Trouble Shoes”.
But I guess I shouldn’t be surprised about everyone following this mistake, considering that everyone calls Appleloosa suddenly “Appleoosa” just because of a typo in the title of the episode.
This fandom and his logic….. You can clearly hear the l in “AppleLoosa” every time somepony says the name of the town. And yet most in the fandom suddenly insists that the town is called “Appleoosa”. Based on a typo. That’s just pure stupidity at this point.
@The Smiling Pony answered that within 3 minutes of this image being posted:
But yea, I agree. Why mess with the name that was clearly given to us in the show? There is even a first and last name right there.
WTF hahaha XD
tags have aliases, ‘troubleshoes clyde’ now has the aliases ‘trouble shoes’ and ‘troubleshoes’
so it doesn’t matter what people put, they’ll get dis guy.
>”…the Cutie Mark Crusaders set out to bring him to justice and finally get their cutie marks.”
Dat grammatical ambiguity. XD
AT&T has called her “Andrew Libman” for years now.
Guess it’s a little tough to tell. I’d still take the credit roll over a website description. AT&T typoed Andrea Libman as Andrew Libman this week in their guide.
I’m not seeing the typo on this credit frame, either, if there is one.
Wouldn’t be the first time, actually.
Also, “Appleoosa” is remarkably different than “Appleloosa” as we knew it.
That’s a trickier thing to handle.
