Ugh, I never thought I’ll actually do something like this once….. Another 4 DAYS of hard work is behind me and I’m exhausted…. :faint: Ok, here is another comic from me, but this time I tried something more difficult that came in my mind with more panels for the first time (and I don’t think I will continue in this that soon). I know there are a tons of flaws again since I don’t have that much patience with drawing. But if there are mistakes in the text, feel free to point them out since I’m still bad at english and I need to practice.

And now to the comic.
Yup, my new favorite (non-reformed) villain of the series is Starlight Glimmer. But before the season 5 premiere of “The Cutie Map” I actually thought all the time, that Starlight will reform at the end since she came as this kind of villains to me -just selfish, blinded and power hungry. But she has a pretty likeable thoughts unlike the other villains, who only loved to hurt others. Starlight, however, was different to me. Despite she’s selfish and power hungry as well, she at least wanted others to live in a fake harmony (but still a harmony) and was actually nice to them, until Mane 6 appeared. Despite she had a bad intentions. I really liked her plan of being equal. She didn’t came to me as that kind of villains who never can reform and being really friendly. She’s just a normal but arrogant and powerful unicorn, not a creature born from pure evil and seriously, what kind of destiny should she get? A freedom (and continuing of stealing the cutiemarks)? A jail? Or will she reform? I didn’t really like how that episode ended. Though, of course, it might mean that we’ll meet her again later. But what then? Will she escape at the end again? Will she be forever punished? Or will she finally understand the magic of friendship? We don’t know yet (though I know most of people hate it when villains get reformed and there’s quite much of these in MLP)… Anyways, I decided to do this comic as my headcanon and include Sunset Shimmer. I know, this definitely won’t happen since Sunset won’t appear in the show. But I just see it as a great idea that Sunset will be the one who will actually reform Starlight. I always wanted to see her to reform some villain now, when she’s reformed. And it actually makes sense, that it’ll be Starlight. These two have pretty much in common (I always thought Starlight is the same kind of villain like Sunset, just with a different plan).

NOTE: If you prefer Starlight to be evil, I respect your opinion, but please, respect mine too. As I said, it’s just my headcanon so you don’t have to take it too seriously.

Ok, now to the storyline (but just briefly since I’m bad at coming up with stories):
After Starlight escaped, she studied magic even harder and become stronger. A few days later, she returns to the village unexpectedly and happy ponies aren’t prepared for it. She steals their cutie marks again, but this time, she acts really rudely to them and closes everyone in the houses. Mane 6 will find it out and return to the village as well. But Starlight is prepared to them and will do the same as before, steals even their cutie marks. Twilight can’t understand how powerful she became and tries to think of how they will get their cutie marks back this time when everyone in the village is helpless and imprisoned. Princess Celestia is really busy with her duties, but received a report of the friendship lesson from Sunset Shimmer in human world. She wants to tell it to Twilight too and sends her a letter. Spike who stayed in the castle receives it. But when Twilight’s gone for too long, he’ll get worried and sends the letter to Celestia that Twilight’s in that village with her friends and what’s happening there. Celestia gets an idea and thinks it’s currently the best possible solution -she sends an SOS message to Sunset Shimmer (who is the most powerful unicorn) and asks her for coming to Equestria and save Twilight and others. Sunset will immediatelly come and when she’ll come the village, she notices how somepony’s screaming to open the door. Sunset opens it and it’s Party Favor. He will tell her what’s happening and Sunset will free the other ponies from their prisons, including Mane 6. Then they try to find Starlight and their cutie marks. She was just about to enter the cave with their cutiemarks, but Sunset stopped her and attacked her with magic. Starlight avoids it and blasts her spell (which takes the cutiemarks aways) at Sunset. But Sunset bounced it and Starlight tasted her own spell. She dropped the cutiemarks and ponies got them back. But Starlight’s cutiemark was removed from her flank. Sunset and ponies saw this as the perfect punishment for her and kept her cutiemark in the bottle. Starlight was helpless and cowardly escaped. As she was alone, she realized what it is life without a cutie mark and a special talent. And she was really desperate, slowly with thinking of giving up her plan. As all ponies thanked to Sunset and some time passed by, they wanted to be sure what happened to Starlight and despite she was really bad, they decided to give her cutiemark back. Nopony doesn’t deserve to live a whole life without their cutiemark -even the evilest one. Sunset wanted to be careful and when they came to the cave, only Sunset came inside and found Starlight in tears. The rest is in the comic… Aaand I know, it’s a bit copied from Sunset’s reform -on purpose.

Ok, I know, the story is really crappy and meaningless in certain points, but as I said, I’m terrible at stories. ^^;

Well I think that’s all for now.

I hope you’ll enjoy the comic though. full

You forgot a few:

-Lightning Dust has presumably learned nothing and likely didn’t take getting booted out of boot camp very well.
-Twilight handed the Alicorn Amulet over to Zecora for safekeeping, but what Zecora did to keep it out of the wrong hooves is unknown.
-What happened to Suri Polomare is never diectly addressed, but fanon consensus is that her career is very much over.
-Caballeron got his money, so he may have retired, but it’s not certain.
-Ahuizotl was thwarted again, but is still out there, cursing the name of Daring Do and plotting his next move.
-The chimera is still in the fire swamp, and still hungry enough to eat a horse.
-Spike successfully digested the “Inspiration Manifestation” book, though it did make him feel kind of queasy for a while.
-The Mane-iac remains fictional. As of “Unfathomable Power Ponies” #42, she is incarcerated in Camptown Maximum Security, but she’ll probably break out next time sales need a boost. She’s going to be the main antagonist of the upcoming Power Ponies movie, and rumor has it that noteworthy society pony Fleur de Lis and pop gigastar Sapphire Shores have both auditioned for the role. Yes, I made up those things, but don’t you want them to be true?

No, I actually like Reflections. It had it’s share of problems, for sure, but it gave me enough to enjoy at least.
No I”m talking about that comic…..You know, the one with the bulls terrorizing the town…named {Name redacted, offending personal shot}

@klystron2010
Why not? The shows core is about friendship and this isn’t the first series that does stuff like this. Magical anime shows have this sort of thing all the time and they can be very good.

Besides, they haven’t reformed every villain.
The Diamond Dogs are still loose {probably wary of ponies though},
Flim and Flam just up and left when they were exposed {Though the comics do point out that they aren’t all bad, with Granny helping them reconcile with each other….they’ll probably still swindle other ponies though},
Sombra was destroyed {given the comics, he’s survived though incorporal},
Tirek’s forever inprisoned in Tartarus,
Chrysalis was beaten and cast out of Equestria {locked in a magical castle in the comics},
Sirens had their amulets, the only way to use their powers, destroyed and they escaped

Comic villains:
Pirates that wanted to capture Princess Twilight for a ransom were beaten
Rough Diamond, a renowned thief, gets thrown in jail
Well-To-Do, a crooked business minotaur who was chopping down the Everfree Forest gets eaten by a hydra
THe bulls from {comic shall not be named} get arrested.

So far, only a few villains have been reformed: Discord, Trixie, Sunset Shimmer, Luna

>It’s kind of obvious she had the best intentions.

Uh, not really. She was pretty sinister, and never showed any signs of being sympathetic or kindhearted in the least.

I 100% expect something like this to happen in the future, but I don’t think it will be anytime this soon or this easily.
Evowizard25

Yeah, Starlight is honestly more sympathetic then the others. {Who you couldn’t really find sympathy with unless you bring headcannon into it, or now since they’re doing the comics about them.} She’s still evil and power hungry, but it’s kind of obvious she had the best intentions.

Of course, Jurassic Park kind of says it that the worst things on this planet were started with the best intentions. Which is true.

@Background Pony #DFBD
……Since when have the likes of Discord, Sunset, Trixie, and Luna been flat? Granted, Luna wasn’t given any time to shine for a whole season, but still. Not to mention the list of villains and antagonists who ran away and beaten.

Oh look, a comic did what the show likes to do. Redeem villains and make them totally flat characters
