They might sell bras as well - and if everyone has the exact same size, then it’s no problem finding the correct size.
But now she has to buy new bras, which might be a problem in a village where the only clothes they sell are robes madeout of sack cloth.

But the salient point is that they would FREAK OUT even more than anypony anwhere else would, and it’d be hillarious.
Might depend on whether:
-pox disrupts the removal spell
-pox is transmissible c/o said spell
-pox-marks can also be equalized
-pox brainfries the mark-thief by cramming 800 volts of mark-mojo down a 150-volt socket (i.e. horn) at once
…although you’d think Glimmy’s line of research would’ve mentioned afflictions like that anyhow.
They might un-derp on their own after her Cutie Mark is removed, like how AJ started de-countrifying and such.
