Riku in that webcomic in which the characters from Kindgom Hearts Chain of Memories, were doing a reality show in Castle Oblivion and the reality show was named “Ansem Retort” and Darth Maul was there too and was jewish? (Also: When Sora’s legs are detached from his torso and Riku hits Sora’s legs, then Sora’s torso also hurts. Kairi speaks in fangirl and Namine hates her for that. Axel likes to burn orphanages. And Yuffie dies but has a twin sister who is also Yuffie.)

Most likely when he was turned to Stone in The First Movie, it was somehow imbuing Time Lord DNA from the Time Stream…  
Or… his Mother was a companion, and Ash is the result.
