The style is a little inconsistent - outlines in some places, none in others, gradient shading, hard shading, inconsistent depth of shadow, Rarity’s face is just a touch uncanny valley and her hindquarters seem somehow to be floating slightly (though that could easily just be me)… I don’t really know what specifically I was referring to, but that’s what I can find off the top of my head.

What is awkward about this image? I think it’s adorable. I like how Applejack is using her tail to keep Rarity warm. I like Raroty’s peaceful contented expression, and AJ’s slightly nervous expression, like she doesn’t want Rarity to wake and break the spell.
