Do you know Bushiroad’s CCG called Weiss Schwarz? They should include MLP into Weiss Schwarz too, that should also help increase revenue.

Not just that, bushiroad got the first 52 episodes of FIM and translated it for their people. The fact that MLP has been officially dubbed for the first time in Nihongo/Japanese is saying something. Also, the most number of seiyuu (about 50 or more), regular and guest combined. Sorry, I cry a lot about it.
 
However, acquiring the license and toyline, as well as the paycheck of the voice cast, cost (past tense) the Japanese company a lot.

For now, bushiroad will just have to get their revenue back through their other properties, and they will lie and wait until S5 is done airing in English-speaking countries.

What I do know is that in the MLP show and movie, they did put some references in there (e.g. Rapidash-like Twilight in Season 1, Sweetie Belle dancing Tsukasa’s part of the Lucky Star dance in EQG)

You never know, there is some subtle Japanese influence on some of their products due to the rise in popularity of anime’, and such in the states. Even MLP:FiM has some anime-ish things about it.

Well they had to get rid of the old G.I.Joe figures they’ve had since the 80’s so why not sell them with MLP?

I’m pretty sure that Hasbro’s not really interested in the ‘chibi’ style. They’re too focused on their style rather than Japan’s.

Chibi-Flash looks pretty good here, actually.

Say what you will about Flash as a character, this sculpture is well-made. Sunset, too.

Y’know, I don’t care what anyone says, this “chibi” style EqG sculptures look nice. I’m curious if the artist plans to make more.
