It is not a Crimea, sign states: Novoazovsk to the left and Mariupol to the right. Mariupol is major coastal city in Donetsk region, second to Donetsk, and Novoazovsk is city to the east of Mariupol, coastal too, and have a border crossing with Russia nearby, being border-town. Also it is not a forest fire, fire is in the plain to the far left of the picture, which is how landscape of southern Donetsk region is - wast plain, called steppe. Trees nearby is most likely tree lines around the road - in Union and post-Unian this is common practice to plant trees in wast (10-30 meters wide) lines around roads in country to protect them from wind and to protect fields around from wind blowing away it’s fertile layer. Fire in the field is likely from destroyed ukrainian/rebel armor or vehicles or maybe burning village.
