It’s always kinda funny to me seeing people you know best for voice work doing on screen acting like Michael Bell in the premiere of Star Trek TNG

Yeah, he was also, Orson the pig of “Orson’s Farm/U.S Acres” in “Garfield & Friends.” He’s been in alot of cartoons.
Also, “City Under Siege” has Kenneth Mars (of “Young Frankenstein,” and “Littler Mermaid” fame) in it.

Fun fact: Gregg Berger who played the Russian police chief in Mission to Moscow was the original voice of Grimlock

They aren’t that bad really. They just got silly humor that might feel “dated” for some people nowadays who prefer more vulgar modern movies, and such. (Granted the first one was Rated R, and a bit more “Animal House”-like in some parts.)

The first four Police Academy movies were pretty good, I felt. (Loved ‘em sense I was a kid.) Screw the critics.

Kinda I personally credit their popularity to the characters
Despite how stupid those movies can be the characters are all very distinct from Tackleberry to Hooks to Hightower to Harris they have their own personalities that hard not to have a favorite
