I love how Bulk is even pulled up thus suggesting it isn’t even a question of how strong or weak he or the butterfly is but the effects of Fluffle’s not only on herself directly but the world around her.
 
Or she can basically control her own mass and/or weight. Making her as heavy or light as she wants to be. So maybe she just made herself much much more lighter than air? Maybe even lighter than helium?
