It saddens me that tripe like this becomes best-selling novels, especially considering that it’s literally just Twilight fanfiction with the names changed.

What saddens me is that dreck like this and its equivalent among the nonfiction books is seemingly all the local public libraries get for the shelves any more. Then again, as a librarian told me, if it gets people to start reading you can always hope they move on to something a little better.
