That doesn’t makes much sense. The branch is called „My little PONY“, why would the suddenly turn them into Anthros? That as likely as turning the Transforms into normal vehicles or the G.I. Joes into boy scouts.

…So this is what I was missing by skipping commercials. Seeing it but still working on believing.
 
At least this isn’t the strangest thing that happened at the Superbowl. The cartoon sharks at the half time show took the cake for that.
