I blame perspective for the fifth panel (Derpy being in the foreground, her head looks bigger). You’re right about the hooves in the next one though.

Heh…I like it but I noticed something weird.
 
Derpy looks…huge. And not because she’s fat. As in if she were a skinny pony she’d be a giant pony. Take a look at the panel where AJ is hiding behind Derpy and look at one of her hooves. Now compare the size of it to one of Derpy’s. It is easily four times the size of AJ’s
 
Same with her head, in the panel where AJ is jumping over Derpy’s head, even without the chubby cheeks it looks as if Derpy’s head alone is bigger than AJ’s entire barrel.

Ain’t a bad idea IMO. I mean, AJ looks kinda thin, especially in the sixth panel.
