I’m not one for old pad jokes(doesn’t fit her character), so I’m just gonna go with her suppressing her chest to make it look smaller so that she could fit inside her iconic jumpsuit.
Padding. Rack-hoodie. Etc. :P
Of course, Maud also appeared a bit lacking in the chest department (though she had much wider hips, probably b/c older)
I would only say noticeably smaller, but not flat. She did have the same exact chest size as everyone else during the movie’s first scene when they were wearing those jackets.
Of course, when you’ve got hips like hers, breasts aren’t quite as important.
