treehouse skullduggery, misunderstanding

I must now know only one thing: Can they open a part of their bodies to place a filly, like their ‘ribcage’, as a means of transport?

Or maybe just have Apple Bloom think she found some strange, wooden cave that’s glowing, and it’s just the wolf with its’ mouth wide open, meant for larger prey to step in as a trap, but instead she just hops in and scares it when shouting “HELLOOOOOO!?”
