I get it! For those not knowing: That was form the episode “Tearjerker”, a Bond parody. In it, Tearjerker aka Roger (the villain) kidnaps movie actors and replaces them with robots that only star in awful movies. Why? So that people are forced to watch his movie (the only good one) currently out, which will kill everyone.

While trying to get undercover on Tearjerker’s resort for the famous, Stan meets Johnny Deep and they become friends. He also asks Johnny to make a pinkie promise not to be turned into a robot. Which of course happens. Stan destroys the robot with a milkshake and that line happens
