those are entirely different definitions , the first 2 being irrelevant , and as for the last one , the notion and connotation of a “lower animal” is an invalid one , thus invalidating that definition , but if you want a definition for the term i was able to find one

so according to your last definition there , sexual relations between humans and dogs would not be bestiality , and only sexual relations between vertebrates animals and animals just above the single cell forms of life (that wouldn’t be classified as plant or insect , viruses might fit this category but im not so familiar with categories in biology) would , also meaning that by your definition we’re all engaging in bestiality on a constant basis , so yeah…..
