Tiramisu cream?
75 grams of sugar, 3 eggs, 250 grams of mascarpone, some marsala wine (or vin santo, or whatever).

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone and continue whipping, then add two spoons of marsala.
Beat the egg whites separately, add them to the yolks, carefully mix with a wooden spoon. Done.
