Ah. Every image you post needs to have subject appropriate tags. It’s so people can filter out things they want or don’t want to see. You can find more information under the Tags tab. The most important tags you need to familiarize yourself with are the System Tags (safe, questionable, explicit, etc). Is there anything else you need help with?
