Every time I see this image, both as a thumbnail and otherwise, I can only see this Twilight as having a bright purple-pink’sh flowing chin hair…

I headcanon that there are different tiers of alicorns. Just like with deities in their Pantheons in various cultures that meddle with mortal and divine affairs.
 
Twilight and Cadence were entry Goddesses, rulers of small minor countries. Avatars of their respective values.
 
Celestia and Luna are upper midtier “Master Alicorns” who are powerful deities and rulers of powerful nations.
 
The highest tier right below “THE DIVINE ONE” is occupied by the “Grand Alicorns”. They are the elites of the Gods, some are rulers of powerful empires.
 
Above them, of course. Is the Divine Progenitor.

Looking at the leaks for The Final Problem, this would have been better.

Ah, thanks. I googled Zorya and it seems honestly more relevant to Celestia and Luna, though.

Amicitia is latin for friendship. Zorya is a little harder to descibe. Spes is Goddess of hope. Equestria should be obvious. Empress Cosmos also works. If wondering where it came from, look up the Pony POV series.
