Dude, the guy in the picture is Andrés “Andrestoons” Vargas. He is like the latin american equivalent of Jin or Metalgriffen69. He believes the cartoons are his friends, loves senseless crossovers and loves (literally) EG Twilight. Damn, when he had a Crush on Isabella from Phineas and Ferb (and no, I’m not joking) the guy actually glued her photos to his own mirror, so we can asume he does the same with Twi.
 
He is currently like a B-class Chris Chan here in Latin America
