There’s a way that she does die. It’s just, dying to her is in the part where she gives up her talent so others may live; No going to the choir, No letting Discord reign in ignorance. So awesome and yet ever so considered foolish by a lie, always. Sure, she forgot it ever happened but so much love came out of it. Wonderful quote at the end of the fanfic as a result of it.
