Er primary story has always been Andy Price.
Katie has drawn her own 2 page shorts on many issues, but the primary story has always been Cook.
I think its helpful that the writer and artist stay teamed if possible as this helps the writer tune the story to maximize the artist’s painHHHHeffectiveness (eg the various spreads we get from Andy).

Somepony’s gotta do another one of them screen time comparison charts. Last one I saw was the screen time of the main 6 for seasons 1 and 2. Fluttershy had the least amount of time on screen.
Katie Cook is frequent writer for the MLP comics from IDW, and Andy Price is the artist she has paired with for the artwork.
They’re joking all the time.
