You are right, however, that getting the balance right is key. Keep away from the Kraft shit, however, and you’ll usually be fine.

Depends on the barbeque sauce. Can’t be too sweet, that’s disgusting. Can’t be too spicy (tends to overpower the flavor of the meat). Weird flavors (like raspberry or cola) are out.

Despite not being British, I find that salt and vinegar tastes best on fries (again, due to not being British, they’re fries, not chips.)
