Realistically, no; they would not.  
Remember: Lamarckian inheritance of traits is not how genetics work.
 
Now, you may be saying “But Ze, you should really stop procrastinating and also, what if the eggs mutated.” to which I would say “YOU AREN’T THE BOSS OF ME! Also, if the chemicals caused mutations of the gametes, this would not (I’m going to say 99.99% of the time) lead to tentacle haired offspring. It would more likely lead to horrific, life threatening mutations.”
 
HOWEVER, we can most likely assume this isn’t a realistic scenario, seeing as that weird hairspray gave her superpowers not cancer and/or death.
 
Also, they’re colorful, magic talking ponies.
 
 
Verdict: Like almost all comics, it will depend on what the story’s plot requires.
