I won’t defend Russian dub, but I should say it’s well enough for children show (some bronies keeps forgetting the target demography of MLP:FIM). Six VA’s for Mane6 and many more for the rest of the cast, nice song dubbing.  
But the greatest flaws are the fact that they translate Mane6 names and turn CMC into some kind of girl scouts looking for “destiny badges” just by loosely translating “Cutie Mark” term. Oh and they spell Cheerilee name as Chee-rai-lee

There are 4 actors in Ukrainian dub, and everything except voiceovered songs is decent.
