Ah, a ponified version of the World of Blake Jihad. Exactly what the masses needed: a reminder of how coocoo for Coca Puffs the Blakists are.

Ahh the Wobbies; the most ham-handed way of “resetting” the setting ever.

They COULD have done it well, but instead went for “burn it all down”. Still one of the saddest things to see such potential wasted.

Good art, though. Really captures real!Thomas Marik’s feel from that sourcebook cover quite well.

Despite knowing nothing about battletech apart from it involving mechs I have to suppress the urge to join him in his mad laughter.
This is the face of a stallion who just loves his work. That does deserve some respect doesn’t it?

It looks like pony Thomas Marik is like his human counterpart (and I use the term loosely here) still does not believe in pants.

I personally find it amusing that the Word of Blake uses a lot of similar tactics to the Imperium, yet is considered an unmistakable black hat in Battletech. The Imperium, however, is actually treated as a heroic force in 40k, despite its destruction of two human states that had gotten along just fine without the astronomicon and the annual billion human lives it claims.

We have arrived, and it is now that we perform our charge.
In fealty to the God-Empress and by the Grace of the Golden Throne, I declare Exterminatus upon this World.
I hereby sign the death warrant of an entire world and consign a million souls to oblivion.
May Imperial Justice account in all balance. The Empress Protects.
