If one was going to be rich maybe invest in programs in education & school programs that will teach children to contribute to the community, maybe open more businesses and provide jobs so their would be less of a need to steal, maybe buy out all the corrupt business and turn over the CEO’s to the feds, maybe invest in a better police or security force, maybe a stronger prison, maybe hire some detective consultants, maybe ask one of the many tech heads or sorcerers on speed dial to help sabotage every major criminal in town, maybe instead of wearing a costume and wasting millions on a gimmick one could maybe make their city so detrimental to be a criminal in MAYBE their skills would be better suited with training others to do the same in other parts of the country. But i dont have infinite money & bad writing super powers so whaddaphuckdoIknow???
