Well, her cutie is more of the realistic universe, where ponies actually can be adults and not have to be restricted to kid friendly cutie marks. If someone made a whole porn episode, I’m sure we could see more wild and extreme cutie marks on other ponies.
I dunno it just doesn’t seem fitting to me in the FiM universe

Probably looked as a pervert, which she kind of is. However, she does hide her cutie mark whenever out in the public or at work. Only a few close friends know about it. Each pony has their special talent, she likes to serve other ponies so this cutie mark fits her just fine.
