upon Nightmare Moons return Lyra is cursed with forgetability or total anonymity or something. Everyone she meets will forget her as soon as they even step into different rooms and then return directly after. Everyone in her presence will only remember her for up to a couple of hours or so, after which she’ll be wiped from their memories and appear to teleport out of nowhere. So she supports herself as a street musician while investigating that curse.
Think you could explain that story to me?
I’ve heard of it, but I never got around to reading it.
