I’ve always heard the name “Milano” dropped in reference to her but nothing’s official as far as I’m aware.
Heh, I noticed.
A few people have said the same about Love Tap, but that’s usually because they don’t get the reference to the phrase or notice the synergy with Button’s name right away.
Works for me. My suggestion is a bit too… well, suggestive.
I’ve used “Love Tap”, nice combination of addressing her cutie mark as well as tying in the video game theme with Button a bit.
I’ll accept that… jk. XD

Of course, the second after I post the comment, I consider that she may have gotten her cutie mark when she realized that she was good at “mothering” her dolls…
…So, yeah…the question still stands.
Considering the age that colts and fillies get their cutie marks, I’d prefer babysitting/taking care of babies.
