I noticed that when she flew past the camera.
Also, her wings don’t fit in at her sides like pegasi’s do when she stands normally.

It seems as though Twilight has normal Pegasus wings instead of alicorn wings. Plus she seems to have reduced to her old size and seems to have her old neck.
