Everyone except Fluttershy is in stock gear? Here’s why. Everyone except Fluttershy hasn’t played TF2 before that’s why they’re all having a grand old time.  
What you don’t see is Cadence who’s obviously on Blue Team. She might be doing busy unboxing crates.
