The people who’ve lost control of their life.
Civic maintenance personnel work on Jan 1, as do many other careers.
As for people dumb enough to get sloshed the night before they have to work, I’ve seen people get completely wasted, or even stoned, every single evening. Some people just aren’t very bright.
Its still the first of the moth, of course people work. What do you think would happen if no one did? And everybody wants to party, I know I did.
