Although the Rarity’s jaws are capable of cracking thigh bones to feast on the nutrient rich inner marrow, while carrying the Sweetie Belle she displays outstanding gentleness, never leaving anything more than a few superficial scratches.

Actually, I could see Rarity using her magic to scruff Sweetie Belle and carry her off. We’ve see Twilight telekinetically pull Spike aside by his ear, so it’s obviously something unicorns do.
