actually its highly likely they do, even if not for the same reason. mlp characters are basically just horses that act and talk more human then animal.  
average human males are drawn twords women with larger breasts(not sayin huge just above average) cause either a) their pigs who see women as sex objects and think bigger is better or b) their subconsciously drawn to the women with larger breasts cause instinct thinks bigger means better for gettin offspring(kinda like how wide hips are considered good for birthin)
 
meanwhile horses are drawn to the most fertile females which would usually fall under a similar category for b) with humans.  
so regardless of if their tastes are based on humans or horses its pretty likely a ‘trophy wife’ would be one with large teats, again not necessarily huge but bigger then average.

smalls is cute and all but these are virtually non existent, if you were gonna do teats you shoulda made them a lil bigger or positioned her so they would at least be noticeable without having to be told they were there.
