I changed my mind about harming Diamond.

Later on, the newspapers complained about the lack of flight of one of Scootaloo as delegate of Ponyville and methaphorically representing the pegasi.  
Then, scootaloo was sent to represent the Para-Games, where the ponies with disability compete.
 
And Dimond Tiara wept of joy.

That’s it, I’m going to have to commission someone to draw Diamond getting slapped across the face by her dad.

So this means That Angel is less hated than Diamond Tiara because Angel is just a bit of a joker with an impatient attitude and annoying but tolerable sense of humor. and yet, he still cares about his owner Fluttershy.
 
Diamond Tiara has been a straight up bitch from the start. She doesn’t care about any other ponies’ feelings, She’s laughed at other fillies who are “blank flanks”. And the fact that her Dad “Filthy Rich” just makes things a hell of a lot more worse because diamond tiara is presumed to be a little greedy bitch.
 
I bet even Angel hates her.

Angel’s an ungrateful little twerp who wouldn’t last a day without Fluttershy looking after him, but he does have the occasional redeeming scene (Hurricane Fluttershy, for example).
 
DT, on the other hand, hasn’t had a single scene where she’s anything other than an unlikeable little prat. And this latest episode pushed her straight into Complete Monster territory.

Diamond Tiara really pissed me off in this episode.

Hard to say. It’s up to the fans if sending Scoots to the depths of despair is more condemnable than slapping Fluttershy.

So has she outscrappied Angel yet, or is he still the most overall hated character?

Well, at least she took the defeat with some dignity.
