Spike was next to Twilight, but she didn’t bother freezing him. You know, Pinkie Pie wasn’t present during Twilight’s freezing spell either. Alright, now I’m back to not knowing what Twilight was referring too.
Six of them…was Spike involved in this episode too?

Fluttershy was going along with Twilight’s manipulation in “Green Isn’t Your Color”.
However, in “Winter Wrap Up”, Twilight used her magic to force a songbird to sing out as an alarm, and in “Secret of My Excess”, she repeatedly teleported Spike against his will.
So yeah, Twilight not only knows how to take over other people’s bodies against their will, she has few qualms about doing so. The gal’s got a cold-blooded streak in her.

That’s not even the same category of thought: atheism is the lack of belief in a deity. It’s got nothing to do with afterlives or souls or the like.
Besides, she never really says that, she just expresses doubt.
Rainbow is the only one that outright says “there’s no such things as ghosts” in this episode.
