Yes my thoughts exactly! The moment I saw that grim expression, I thought to myself ‘shit is about to get real’ and a burst of excitement went through me
What I really liked about AJ’s action scene was the beginning where her face was hidden due ehr hat and she had such a grim expression around her snout.
Kind of like “this is/was (partly) MY mistake, I gonna fix it, nobody gonna hurt Twilight on my watch”. Dang, I wished somebody would make a Twijack pic of that where AJ looks at the exhausted Twi and thinks exactly that. <3 <3 <3
Me too, however I’m glad they didn’t went for that trope. This whole fighting againt the poison vines scene screamed badassery. Especially AJ was awesome. Also I can’t exactly explain why, but when Twilight saved Pinkie and she had that half exhausted and pissed expression on her face (as we see here) I thought that was pretty cool too.
