Applejack is an apple of course. She becomes a tree too by season 4.
 
Pinkie will be remain Pinkie.
 
FLuttershy will remain in her house, shaking all 4 seasons, being pimp smacked by El Conejo (Angel Bunny)
 
Rainbow Dash will become perform a double rainboom in season 3 and not show up again till season 10 because of time travel shenanigans and becoming the pony Lord English.
 
And Rarity will get a while show devoted to her, because Rarity show. We need it.
