Her younger sister Puppysmiles attends the local kindergarten. Her older sisters Serenity and Scotch Tape work at the hospital. Her twin sister Lisa is a pro saxophone player. Her other twin sister Suzy is a genetic experiment. Her older brother Nelson had no siblings. Her younger brother Stewie is a psychopath. Her twin brother Charlie suffers bad luck. Her other twin brother Ash travels the world in search of legendary creatures with an electric mouse who loves destroying bikes. Her Uncle Pennybags owns a monopoly. Her uncle Bob is happy. Her uncle Herb is destitute. Her aunt Figg is a money-grubbing monster. Her aunt Petunia is also an asshole, but she at least has an excuse as she’s lived with an undead hallucinogenic horcrux for 17 years.

If you take a step back and imagine Scoots is adopted, this makes a little more sense.
